WIth those sizes there are a variety of seating options depending on how you want your tables and chairs to be organized to fit underneath the tent. We provide commercial grade tents, tables and chairs to our customers in the Rockford, Janesville, Beloit, Freeport, and Walworth County areas. We offer multiple sizes of tents and can generally set up our tents on various surfaces. Because of the nature of anchoring a tent, knowing the surface at the time of reservation is required. We may need to call for a utility marking service prior to the tent being set up so that we know where the utilities are and can set the anchors appropriately in order to not disturb the utilities. Tent seating arrangements are not a one size fits all scenario. Within each item here on our website we have included seating charts that give examples of capacity and different ways seating arrangements can be laid out underneath a tent. Also, sometimes there are tent request scenarios that maybe don't fit our standard pricing structure such as a long term rental. Please call us to discuss your tent needs if they do not fit our general structure. We do custom pricing depending on the application and duration of the tent, table and chair requirement.
